Neel Kotrappa, MD

Born and raised in the suburbs of Los Angeles, Dr. Kotrappa attended Claremont McKenna College where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Science & Management. After receiving his medical degree at St. George's University School of Medicine, Dr. Kotrappa completed his residency training in Family Medicine at the Eisenhower Health Family Medicine Residency Program (Rancho Mirage, CA), where he was also served as Chief Resident.

Dr. Kotrappa found his passion for Sports Medicine through his life - long obsession with sports. Athletics have been an integral part of Dr. Kotrappa's life since he was a child. He was a multi-sport athlete in high school (tennis, basketball, football), and had a decorated collegiate tennis career at Claremont McKenna College, including All-American honors.

Dr. Kotrappa completed additional specialty training in Sports Medicine at the Harbor - UCLA/Team to Win/Kaiser Permanente Sports Medicine Fellowship Program.
When not at work, Dr. Kotrappa can be seen competing on the tennis & basketball courts, baking some mean focaccia, and spending time with his pup and family.
